Booking Process

You can either buy per photo or choose a package for a better value.
Each session is at least 45 minutes. Packages are at least an hour.
Add-ons are available if you want to add more final photos to be edited or extend the session time. Session extensions depend on availability.
After you’ve booked a session, you will receive an email with booking details, an invoice, and a contract to sign, and it will be “pending” until manually confirmed*. If any changes are needed, we will contact you via email.
If you don’t see your email, check your Junk or Spam folder. To avoid emails being sent to junk, please add booking.no-reply@tamacanto.com to your contact list for future emails 🙂
A 50% retainer of the total invoice cost is required to lock your session date. If the retainer is not required, TamaCanto will and should have a written claim via email, OR/AND is noted on the latest invoice for the service.
*The status of your appointment will be pending until the $20 non-refundable retainer fee and the contract are signed and sent to us.
Again, this day will not happen until the $20 retainer is paid and a contract is signed.
